What is the Ultimate Happiness system?
The Ultimate Happiness system has been designed to guide you on the path to Ultimate Happiness. It provides you a step by step technique based on understanding and using the biological structures of your unconscious to train yourself to be in the sate of Ultimate Happiness in a relatively fast and efficient way.
Being in the highest state of consciousness you can imagine doesn’t have to be a long and laborious road… It does require you to commit to it wholeheartedly, and from that point you just have to follow the steps. This program will take you by the hand and teach you how to use the biological structures of your consciousness, of your unconscious and of your essence in the way that will blow your mind away.
How does it work?
The processes you’ll learn are Mind-Body Synthesis (MBS) techniques, which are a sort of a blend meditation, guided visualisation and mindfulness with a corporal twist, but at the same time quite different from any of those individually. You can use those techniques with your eyes open while interacting with someone or concentrating on something quite easily, it doesn’t require you to concentrate very much, it’s more like something happening in the background while you’re doing something.
It will require you some dedication in putting some time away for a daily practice, especially in the beginning, possibly half an hour per day, and a minute here and there during the rest of the time. The more you train yourself the easier it gets and within a few weeks you may reach a point where it feels quite natural and effortless.

There will also be some CD’s available soon which will guide you in much more detail to learn the mind-body synthesis techniques explained in the book. The CD’s are complementary to the book, you can put them on your favourite mp3 or CD player while doing your daily practice, they help you to stay focused and remember what you have to do.
